Shipping time frame:
- Alpine School Bovec will make sure that you receive your shipment, sent by the selected delivery service, as soon as possible after the purchase is submitted. As far as possible, the goods will be delivered or the service will be provided in the promised time. If this is not possible, you will be notified.
- Products listed as "in stock" will be shipped no later than 3 business days after payment is received. For other products, the delivery time depends on the availability at the distributors and it is necessary to inquire about it by e-mail before placing the order. In the event that the product is visible on the online store as "in stock" and when processing the purchase it turns out that the product is not in stock in our Alpine School Bovec store, Alpine School Bovec reserves the right to inform you of the lack of the product and cancel the order or deletes the product from your list of ordered products. If the order has already been paid for, we will refund the money for the product that is not in stock.
Delivery of ordered goods via selected delivery services:
- The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by our contractual partners, the DPD package distribution company and Pošta Slovenije, as a rule in the morning hours. If there is no one at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you by phone or e-mail and you can make arrangements with him to pick up the goods.
- The specified delivery conditions apply only to the territory of Slovenia.
- For shipping to other countries (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Serbia, Great Britain and the Czech Republic), the delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by our contractual partners, the DPD package distribution company and Pošta Slovenije. You will be informed about the expected arrival of the shipment and the method of receiving the shipment after the purchase has been completed.

DELIVERY COSTS TO SLOVENIA:
- The cost of delivery of goods up to a value of €50 is covered by the buyer and he is already aware of them during the order process.
- For orders over €50, delivery to Slovenia with DPD parcel service or Pošta Slovenije is free. This rule also applies in case of product exchange (if the product we are sending to you as an exchange for another good worth more than €50, the shipping costs are covered by Alpine School Bovec, otherwise the shipping costs are covered by the recipient).
- The cost of delivery of goods up to a value of €200 is covered by the buyer and he is already aware of them during the order process.
- For orders over €200, delivery is available to foreign countries (Austria, BiH, France, Croatia, Italy, Hungary, Germany, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Serbia, Great Britain and the Czech Republic) with DPD parcel service or Pošta Slovenije, free of charge. This rule also applies in the event of product exchange (in the event that the product we send you as an exchange for another good worth more than €200, the shipping costs are covered by Alpine School Bovec, otherwise the shipping costs are covered by the recipient). If the product is returned and the total order amount falls below €200, we will also deduct the original shipping costs when refunding the money for the returned product.
Collection of delivered goods:
- The buyer will receive the ordered goods at the address he specifies (home, work or a third party - in case of delivery of the goods to a third party, the provider will check the authenticity of the order with him). The person who will collect the goods must show the appropriate document (identity card, passport, driver's license) and pay for the product. The recipient confirms the acceptance of the goods by signing.
- Upon delivery, the buyer receives additional information related to the right of withdrawal and the conditions and method of execution of this only. He will receive information on where he can turn in case of a complaint, information regarding the warranty, service, or other services that he would need after the conclusion of the contract.
Return of goods, complaints:
- If you want to return the product or the entire order, fill out the product return form (on which we ask you to state the reason for exchanging the product) and send the product together with the product exchange form to: ALPSKA ŠOLA BOVEC, MALA VAS 111, 5230 B0VEC. We will review your return and exchange the product for you, or transfer the purchase price of this product to the TRR account specified on the return form. If the value of the new product that we are sending you as an exchange is greater than €50, the costs of delivery within the Republic of Slovenia will be covered by Alpine School Bovec. Otherwise, we will charge you the cost of shipping another product.
