Order:
  • Prices in the online store: all prices are in euros and include VAT. The price for the selected goods is valid on the day of purchase, i.e. on the day of completion and submission of the order via the Alpine school Bovec online store. The prices are valid in the case of payment using the specified payment methods under the specified conditions. If the price of an item changes during order processing, we will notify you. In any case, we will try to provide you with a lower price or to offer a mutually satisfactory solution.
  • Data on completed orders: data on completed orders are stored in the Alpine School Bovec online store system. Users can view all their orders in the Alpine School Bovec online store.
  • Offer of articles: the offer of the Alpine School Bovec online store is updated and changed frequently and quickly.
  • Payment methods: the buyer pays for the ordered goods via PayPal Pal or via online transfer. For orders within Slovenia, cash on delivery is also possible.
  • Purchase process: shopping is done by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. The products and their quantity in the basket can be changed at any time before the final confirmation of the order.

To place an order, you need to register, and then complete the purchase in three steps:

  • Before final placing your order, you can see all the details of your order, including price and quantity, on the confirmation page. All order elements can be corrected at this stage. Only with confirmation on this page is the order actually forwarded.
  • After placing the order, you will receive a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. (Orders received are processed at 09:00 every working day. You can cancel the order until this time at the contact e-mail address. Comprehensive information about the status and content of the order is always available on our website. After the prescribed time, cancellation of the order is not possible).
  • Every working day at 9 a.m., we review received orders, check availability and confirm or reject the order with a reason. We reserve the right to call you on your contact phone number if necessary. Upon confirmation of the order, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery date. The contract for the purchase of ordered items between you and Alpine School Bovec is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
  • The purchase contract (order) is stored in electronic form on our provider's server and is accessible to you at any time in your user profile.

    Return of goods:

    • Alpine School Bovec, Jernej Skok sp guarantees the quality of the goods with an importer's guarantee or of the manufacturer of the goods. Items have a warranty, if so stated on the warranty card. The guarantee is valid subject to the instructions on the guarantee sheet and upon presentation of the invoice. The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty sheets or on the invoice.
    • Warranty information is also provided on the article presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In the latter case, you can contact us and we will provide you with up-to-date information.
    • In case of defects due to improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage and defects in the event of force majeure, the warranty does not apply. Likewise, the warranty cannot be claimed in the event that the goods have been tampered with by foreign, unauthorized persons, in case of incorrect handling or negligent conduct.
    • If you are not satisfied with the ordered items, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to notify us within fourteen days of receipt of the goods (electronically, by telephone or by regular mail, with the date of delivery at the post office considered as the deadline for a timely message ), to withdraw from the contract. In accordance with the law, it is not necessary to state a reason for withdrawing from the contract, but at Alpine School Bovec, Jernej Skok sp we strongly recommend that you fill out the form for exchange / return of goods.
    • You must return the products within fourteen days of withdrawing from the contract at the latest. The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of conduct that is not necessarily necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
    • The cost you are charged when returning the goods is the direct return cost. The return is considered timely if the shipment is submitted within the prescribed period.
    • We will refund the purchase price for the returned items using the same payment method that you used to pay, unless you would like to use a different payment method at no additional cost to you. We will return the money to you no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the purchase, but we will withhold the refund in the event that we do not receive the returned goods or confirmation of the returned shipment from you within the prescribed period.


    You do not have to accept ransom shipments or shipments that do not comply with its general terms and conditions. By agreement, the goods can also be brought personally to the business unit of the company.



    Liability of the company for material errors:

    • You can make a complaint due to a material defect for any purchased product that has or does not have a warranty.
    • In the case of a material defect, you can report the defect to the seller within two months of the discovery of the material defect, or within two years since you received the goods. At your option, you can request: (1) correction of the error, (2) refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error, (3) replacement of the goods, (4) refund of the amount paid.
    • When exercising your rights under this title, you must describe the defect in more detail to us in the defect notification and allow us to inspect the product. If the error is not disputed, we must grant your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. However, if there is a dispute about the error, we must give you a written answer within 8 days.

        • In accordance with legal norms, Alpine School Bovec, Jernej Skok sp. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes.
