If the product does not suit you, you may withdraw from the purchase or request an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please send the completed return form together with the product to the following address: Alpska šola Bovec, Mala vas 111, 5230 Bovec. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and arrange for an exchange or a refund. The cost of direct return is covered by the buyer.
How to choose your size
The table shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure your chest circumference, hip circumference, and arm length, then compare the measurements obtained with the table below. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the size corresponding to the larger measurement.
Chest circumference: measure around your chest just below the armpits and across the shoulder blades.
Hip circumference: measure the widest part of your hips.
Arm length: measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
