How to choose your size
The table shows body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure your chest circumference, hip circumference, and arm length, and compare your measurements with the table below. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size.
Chest circumference: measure around the chest just below the armpits and across the shoulder blades.
Hip circumference: measure around the widest part of your hips.
Arm length: measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist.
