1. Status of accessibility
The online store operates on the Shopify platform. A comprehensive professional assessment of the website's accessibility according to WCAG guidelines has not yet been conducted; therefore, we cannot currently confirm its full compliance with all web accessibility requirements.
We will improve the accessibility of the website gradually, particularly when editing content, navigation, forms, image descriptions, and other elements important for using the online store.
2. Potential limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Limitations may occur, particularly with:
-
individual images without sufficiently detailed text descriptions;
-
content or features provided by third-party applications and providers;
-
individual navigation elements, forms, or interactive content;
-
older content, documents, or materials;
-
using the website with certain assistive technologies.
This list is not necessarily exhaustive. If we discover an issue, we will attempt to resolve it within the scope of our technical and organizational capabilities.
3. Assistance in accessing content
If you are unable to use certain content, information, or features, please let us know. We will attempt to provide you with the information in another accessible format or assist you in using the online store.
When reporting an issue, please provide the following if possible:
-
the address or link to the page;
-
a brief description of the problem;
-
the browser and device used;
